A: Most orders are delivered in 45 to 60 minutes depending on current order volume and distance from the restaurant to your address. Quote times are an estimate, not a guarantee. If there are issues with the quoted delivery time, we will notify you via text or phone call. We do not place orders to be made until we know we have a driver available to pick up the order in the amount of time that it takes to prep, which is typically 20 to 30 min.
A: Yes! Pick your items from your first restaurant and add to the cart. Then search for your second restaurant and add items from their to your cart. You will see both restaurants listed with the items from each. Due to the driver having to stop at multiple restaurants, you will incur two delivery fees on the order.

A: When you request a delivery, your card is immediately authorized for your order total plus 25%, max $15 to cover any special instructions you may have included with your order. Once your delivery is complete, we replace the authorization with the final charge from the merchant (FoodFetched). This change is typically reflected within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery, though some cards may take 3-7 business days to process the change.
A: Orders that are cancelled are immediately voided from our system, and the funds are sent back to the banking institution at midnight EST. Depending on your bank, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to full refund back into your account. This is strictly dependent on your bank policy, and unfortunately FoodFetched cannot expedite the process.
